I changed the rear diff fluid on our 2021 CX-30 but was unable to remove the front transfer case fluid bolt (which is opened with an Allen key unlike the rear diff which uses a 24mm bolt) because it is impeded by what appears to be the transaxle mount.Drain the liquid into a pan after removing the “drain” cap (the lower one). Change the “drain” plug once all the oil has been drained. Refill the fluid using the transfer pump. The fluid will start to drip upon filling.
